All items purchased from Qualityfootball are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Qualityfootball and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Qualityfootball does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Qualityfootball itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Qualityfootball or to products you purchase through Qualityfootball shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Qualityfootball's intellectual property rights, Qualityfootball may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Qualityfootball. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Shipping

The shipping costs for your order are calculated from the weight of the items in your shipping basket, we total the weight, add a small amount for packaging and charge you based on the rates we are charged by our carriers.The shopping basket contents page shows a button which can be used to calculate the shipping based on the weight of the items in your shopping basket.
When you complete the checkout process you will be offered a list of the available options for the shipping of your order and the cost of each option, you can then select the most suitable shipping option.
Please note that due to recent and on going Royal Mail Industrial Action the estimated delivery time on domestic orders may be affected. For further information please call our customer service team.

Our standard shipping for the UK includes next day delivery if you place your order before 2pm

Returns
If you wish to exchange merchandise or require a refund, you may do so provided you return the goods to our mail order department (see below) within 7 working days of you receiving the goods (excluding weekends and UK bank or other public holidays). When returning an item you must enclose the invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. Postage charges incurred in doing this are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods must be returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags still on the product in the exact same condition that it was sent. If the product is faulty or damaged please contact us by email first before sending your product back. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been damaged or tampered with.
