The shipping costs for your order are standard shippingcosts.
UK Shipping cost is £3. Extra item + £1.50 This is first class recorded.
Europe shipping costs is £6 Extra item + £3.00 International signed for priority mail
Rest of the world £8 Extra item + £4.00 International signed for priority mail
The shopping basket contents page shows a button which can be used to calculate the shipping based on your region When you complete the checkout process you will be offered a list of the available options for the shipping of your order and the cost of each option.
Please note that due to recent and on going Royal Mail Industrial Action the estimated delivery time on domestic orders may be affected. For further information please call our customer service team.
Our standard shipping for the UK includes next day delivery if you place your order before 2pm
Returns
If you wish to exchange merchandise or require a refund, you may do so provided you return the goods to our mail order department (see below) within 7 working days of you receiving the goods (excluding weekends and UK bank or other public holidays). When returning an item you must enclose the invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. Postage charges incurred in doing this are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods must be returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags still on the product in the exact same condition that it was sent. If the product is faulty or damaged please contact us by email first before sending your product back. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been damaged or tampered with.
